These terms govern your use of ngi.video and its public APIs, run by NextGen Interactive LLC.

Acceptable use and content rights

Videos you open in the Video Studio stay on your computer. You keep ownership of them, and you must have the right to use them.
Do not send unlawful material, malware, or regulated personal data (such as HIPAA/PCI records) to our APIs.
Automated use of our APIs must stay within their rate limits. The reference is at /api.

Service availability and warranty

Our apps and APIs are provided "as is", with no promise that they will always be available. Your browser can remove what the Video Studio saves at any time, so keep your own copies of your videos and anything you export.

Open-source components

The Video Studio uses open-source software under its own licenses, including FFmpeg (GPL-2.0-or-later). See Licenses for each license and its source.
